My story
A few years ago I burned out as a Head of UX/Product Designer. My relationship fell apart, I sank into debt, I sank into myself. In the middle of all that, I started studying craniosacral therapy.
Not to make a living from it. But because I needed to survive.
Three years of professional training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy with the Swiss-based International Institute for Craniosacral Balancing® with teachers Bhadrena Tschumi (MA, RCST, BCST) and Kavi A. Gemin (Osteopath, RCST, BCST, SEP) — the strictest standard of education in the field. Anatomy, embryology, physiology, working with trauma. This is not a weekend course.
Hundreds of hours of practice. Regular supervision and intervision. Workshops with Gabor Maté, Tamara S. Neufeld, Arne Rubinstein, and Matthew Appleton. And I'm still learning.
I don't call myself a pro. I call myself someone who knows what it's like to lie on the floor — and who learned to be with another person in what hurts. No advice. No solutions. Just hands and presence.
This is just one of the things I do. I still love business, thanks to AI I've partly returned to the online world and I lead men's circles (zapojenymuz.cz) and divergent circles (divergentnikruh.cz), dream up audio fairy tales Zvědavé duše (zvedavaduse.cz), and create things like NoiseBlanket.app and NeuroKompas.cz.
If you're looking for someone who knows how things should be for you — that's not me.
If you're looking for someone who'll give you their full presence — come.
